Ventient Energy Glenkerie Wind Farm Community Fund Panel

Do you take an interest in local community issues and activities? Are you keen to see funding make a real difference for the communities within the Glenkerie Wind Farm area of benefit?

The Ventient Energy Glenkerie Wind Farm Community Fund Panel was established to set priorities for use of the Ventient Energy Glenkerie Wind Farm Community Fund and to advise on the distribution of grant awards to the community groups and charities. 

The panel is supported by Foundation Scotland, an independent grant-making charity that administers the Glenkerie Wind Farm Community Fund on behalf of the local community. 

Nominees must be aged 16 or over and live, work or volunteer within the Glenkerie Wind Farm area of benefit i.e. within 15 km of the Glenkerie Wind Farm. Settlements in the area include Tweedsmuir, Broughton, Drumelzier, Coulter, Stobo, Biggar, Symington, Roberton, Lamington, Wiston and Skirling.
