Peer Learning & Support Opportunities for Grantees
This week we're delighted to launch two brand new programmes in partnership with Social Enterprise Academy. The new programmes are designed to help local organisations connect with one another to navigate the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on their services and the communities they serve.
Maybe you've had to adapt the way you provide services, perhaps you've diverted from your core business to serve the most urgent needs within your community. As we navigate this new phase, you may need to review what you've been doing as you look to renew and re-build your usual services and operations.
There are two programmes available in this series, one for organisations based in Glasgow City and one for those based in Dundee.
What will you get out of the programme?
- Join a group of peers from organisations serving your community during Covid-19 to collaborate and find solutions to build for the future
- Explore the changing environment and how you need to adapt and change your response and service
- Think collectively about how to reset and return your organisations to operate in the ‘next normal’
- Use peer support to develop ways of thinking, planning, acting and leading into the future
The programmes start on the 21/22 September and finish on the 2/3 November. Each programme consists of 4 group sessions delivered online over a 6 week period, each lasting 90 minutes.
