First funding round for Denny and District Community Fund 2023: Deadline 21st March
The Denny and District Community Fund is inviting local groups and organisations to apply for funding.
As community activities restart and develop post-Covid, the Fund could help local groups reach pre-pandemic numbers of participants and the level and range of activities offered.
Groups could request funding to help enhance existing activities or provision, or create new local services or opportunities. There may be groups whose projects, new ideas or plans had to be put on hold due to Covid, and support is needed to get things off the ground.
There are four funding rounds throughout the year, and the first deadline is the 21st of March. Grants of up to £10,000 are available.
Funding could support a wide range of costs, including equipment, staff/sessional workers, consultations, running costs for local groups, maintenance, or refurbishment of community facilities, for example. The Denny and District Community Fund is keen to receive applications to support as many local groups and organisations as possible. The Fund can help local facilities, services, and activities to thrive, providing opportunities for local people to come together and be part of their community.
