Drone Hill Wind Farm Community Fund Panel is recruiting

The Drone Hill Wind Farm Community Fund is looking for new panel members to help decide how community benefit funds are used in the area.

The Drone Hill Wind Farm Community Fund is looking for a resident from within the Coldingham or Cockburnspath Community Council area to join the decision making panel and influence how community benefit funds are used in the area. 

The Fund awards more than £50,000 each year to community groups and charities benefiting local residents. With some long-standing members of the community already involved, the Panel would love to have more young adults involved to give a fresh perspective. 

This could be a local parent, or care giver who's keen to see the Fund help all children in the Coldingham or Cockburnspath area. Or it could be someone who has a passion for making these communities even better for young people and families.

The panel meets three times each year.  New panel members can help ensure that every penny of community benefit funding coming from the Drone Hill Wind Farm makes as much difference as possible within the community, as well as grow their own skills and knowledge.
